What is the maximum board size and smallest component you can place?

Maximum board size is 680 × 500 mm. We place components down to 0201/01005 and BGAs down to 0.4 mm pitch, at ±0.03 mm placement accuracy.

Do you offer low-MOQ or small-batch PCBA?

Yes. There is no MOQ for prototypes, and we scale from small batches to volume on the same SMT lines, with capacity of around 52 million placements per month.

How do you ensure assembly quality?

Every order is inspected with AOI and X-ray and verified with ICT or functional test, achieving a first-pass yield of ≥99.5%.

How fast is prototype assembly?
