BELI Technologies offers comprehensive PCB fabrication services supporting rigid PCB, flexible circuits, HDI, and impedance-controlled boards. Our state-of-the-art facility can produce boards from 1 to 42 layers using a wide range of materials including FR-4, Polyimide, Aluminum, Ceramic, and Rogers high-frequency substrates.
Our DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis ensures your boards are optimized for production before manufacturing begins, reducing costs and time-to-market.
Boards are produced with inner-layer line width and spacing down to 3.0/3.0 mil, copper weights from 0.5 to 6.0 oz, aspect ratios up to 11:1, and board thicknesses from 0.2 mm to 8.0 mm on panels up to 18″ × 24″. Surface finishes include HASL, lead-free HASL, ENIG, immersion silver, and immersion tin, with solder mask and silkscreen in any color on request.
Quick-turn prototypes ship in as fast as 24 hours for 1–2 layer boards and 3–7 working days for multilayer designs, with no minimum order quantity — so you can validate a single board before committing to volume. Every board is electrically tested and AOI-inspected before shipment, and quotes are returned within 24 hours.
